The terms that apply when you use this website or engage Consulas Advisory Ltd for advisory work.
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any engagement with Consulas Advisory Ltd, unless a signed engagement letter says otherwise. If the two conflict, the engagement letter wins.
Using this website
The content on this site is general information. It is not advice for your specific situation, and you should not rely on it without talking to us first.
Engagements
Each engagement starts with a written scope, timeline and fee. Work outside that scope is agreed in writing before it begins.
Fees are fixed per phase unless we agree otherwise
Invoices are due within 30 days
Either party can end an engagement with 14 days written notice
Confidentiality
We keep everything you share with us confidential and use it only to deliver the work. We are happy to sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.
Intellectual property
You own the deliverables we produce for you once they are paid for. We keep the methods, templates and know-how we bring to every engagement.
Liability
Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
